NAUGATUCK — Police are looking for a 16-year-old foster child who was last seen more than three weeks ago.
Police say Christine Carrero was last seen on Feb. 4. She was reported missing the following day, but police have yet to locate her.
Carrero has run away previously and tends to return after a few days, police said previously. She may be in Waterbury in the Elliott Avenue area, police said.
Carrero is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.
