The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:
AMANCIO RIVERA, 29, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged, Nov. 21, with forgery in the first degree, identity theft in the third degree, and larceny in the fourth degree.

FELICIA MESERVEY, 20, of 131 Scott St., Naugatuck, was charged, Nov. 21, with interfering with an emergency call and criminal mischief in the third degree.
According to police, on Nov. 21 at approximately 7:03 p.m. Meservey was arrested at 131 Scott St. on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an assault that occurred on Oct. 31. Police said when Meservey’s fiancé and brother were fighting she took the victim’s cell phone while the victim was calling police. Meservey then broke the cell phone, police said. She was given a court date of Nov. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.
NICHOLAS LOAR, 28, of 131 Scott St., Naugatuck, was charged, Nov. 21, with disorderly conduct.
According to police, on Nov. 21 at approximately 7:03 p.m. Loar was arrested at 131 Scott St. on an active arrest warrant.The warrant was for an assault that occurred on Oct. 31. During an argument, police said, Loar grabbed his fiancé’s boyfriend in a headlock. No injuries were reported. He was given a court date of Nov. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.
MONICA TARDY, 25, of 128 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged, Nov. 21, with disorderly conduct.
According to police, on Nov. 21 at approximately 11:08 p.m. Tardy turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance that occurred on Nov. 20 at 128 Gorman St. During an argument, police said, Tardy punched the victim and bit him on the arm, and minor injuries were reported. Tardy was given a court date of Nov. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
STEVEN AMBROSE, 18, of 5 Bailey Road, Naugatuck, was charged, Nov. 21, with possession of a controlled substance, larceny in the sixth degree, and disorderly conduct.
According to police, on Nov. 21 at approximately 6:25 p.m. officers were dispatched to Cumberland Farms for a suspicious vehicle. During the investigation, police said, Ambrose was found to be in possession of an acquaintance’s prescription. The acquaintance did not know Ambrose took the medication, police said. Later that night, officers responded to 5 Bailey Road for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument about Ambrose being arrested earlier in the day, police said, he punched a hole in a kitchen wall. Ambrose was given court dates of Nov. 22 and Nov. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on non-surety bonds.
JOEL BURDZY, 26, of 42 Laurel Ave., Waterbury, was charged, Nov. 22, with two counts of larceny in the sixth degree and two counts of conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
According to police, on Nov. 22 at approximately 8:18 a.m. Burdzy turned himself in on two active arrest warrants. The warrants were for shoplifting complaints that occurred on Oct. 10 and Oct. 13 at Stop & Shop. Police said Burdzy stole baby formula, beer and other merchandise. Burdzy was given a court date of Nov. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a surety bond.
RANDALL SCOTT, 48, of 48-3 Round Tree Drive, Naugatuck, was charged, Nov. 22, with reckless endangerment in the first degree, threatening, and disorderly conduct.
According to police, on Nov. 22 the complainant reported a domestic disturbance that occurred on Nov. 21 at 48-3 Round Tree Drive. Police said Scott overheard an argument between his two sons over missing property. Scott stated he was going to get to the bottom of it and he entered the room where his sons were arguing. Police said Scott then pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded the victim answer questions about the missing property. Scott was given a court date of Nov. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.
DMITRI ANUFRIJEVAS, 38, of 210 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged, Nov. 23, with breach of peace.
According to police, on Nov. 23 at 1:19 a.m. officers responded to 210 Cherry St. for two males fighting outside the residence. A second party was visiting friends on the third floor. When he was leaving the residence, police said Anufrijevas, who lives on the first floor, confronted the party about loud noise from the third floor. The two males began to fight, police said, and no injuries were reported. The fight ended before police arrived. Anufrijevas was given a court date of Nov. 30 and released on a promise to appear.
JAMES LOUGHLIN, 23, of 182 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged, Nov. 23, with breach of peace.
According to police, on Nov. 23 at 1:19 a.m. officers responded to 210 Cherry St. for two males fighting outside the residence. Loughlin was visiting friends on the third floor. When he was leaving the residence, a second party, who lives on the first floor, confronted Loughlin about loud noise from the third floor. The two males began to fight, police said, and no injuries were reported. The fight ended before police arrived. Loughlin was given a court date of Nov. 30 and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
