The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

MEGAN ALLEN, 27, of 77 Manners Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 27 with illegal sale of controlled substance by non-drug-dependent person.

Police reported on Oct. 27 at approximately 5:10 p.m. Allen was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotic investigation during the month of June 2014. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Allen sold prescription medication. Allen was given a court date of Oct. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 court-set bond.

CHARLES PUCILAUSKAS, 70, of 39 Horton Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 27 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 27 at approximately 8 a.m. officers responded to 628 New Haven Road, Bug Busters, for a disturbance. During an argument regarding a company cell phone, police reported, Pucilauskas grabbed the phone from the victim’s hand. Pucilauskas was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

TAVARUS MOSS, 35, of 88 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 28 with third-degree larceny, operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended or revoked and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 28 Moss was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle theft reported on Jan. 19, 2014. Police reported Moss stole the victim’s vehicle that was left running in a parking lot. Moss was given a court date of Oct. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $1,500 surety bond.

Moss was also arrested on an active arrest warrant for second-degree failure to appear. He was given a court date of Oct. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court set $500 surety bond.

MITZI FOTI, 44, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 28 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 28 Foti was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Aug. 4, 2014. Police reported Foti fraudulently accepted money from the victim for a deposit to rent a property she did not own. Foti was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

SEAN PEREIRA, 33, of 179 Meadow Lark Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 28 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 28 Pereira was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Pereira was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

THOMAS GOULD, 31, of 26 Carriage Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 28 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 28 at approximately 9:06 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Gould stole merchandise, which was valued at $39.97. Gould was given a court date of Oct. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

PATRICIA PARENTI, 46, of 5 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 29 with driving under the influence and failure to give signal.

Police reported on Oct. 29 at approximately 3:37 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Parenti was operating under the influence of alcohol. Parenti was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KIM PERREAULT, 51, of 8 Rough Wing Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 30 with driving under the influence, evading responsibility motor vehicle and failure to drive at reasonable distance.

Police reported on Oct. 30 at approximately 3:56 p.m. an officer responded to New Haven Road for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Perreault struck the victim’s vehicle and left the scene. Perreault was located a short time later on Horton Hill Road, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Perreault was operating under the influence of alcohol. Perreault was given a court date of Nov. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOHNSON DELEON, 28, of 92 Hawkins St., Derby, was charged Oct. 30 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 30 at approximately 11 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Deleon, and another suspect, stole a BB gun worth $14.97, police reported. Deleon was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

JORDAN WHITE, 20, of 204 New Haven Ave., Derby, was charged Oct. 30 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 30 at approximately 11 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. White and another suspect stole a BB gun worth $14.97, police reported. White was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

RICHARD ANCEFSKY, 49, of 933 Rubber Ave., was charged Oct. 31 with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

JUVENS GENEUS, 20, of 300 Tesiny Ave., Bridgeport, was charged Nov. 1 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Nov. 1 at approximately 12:28 a.m. Geneus was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Geneus was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $200 cash bond.

BREA BORGES, 19, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 1 with driving under the influence and failure to yield right of way.

Police reported on Nov. 1 at approximately 11:58 p.m. officers responded to May Street for a motor vehicle accident. Police reported Borges struck another vehicle while traveling east on May Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Borges was operating under the influence of alcohol. Borges was given a court date of Nov. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

TIFFANY WOLF, 26, of 268 Wedgewood Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 2 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Nov. 2 at approximately 12:13 a.m. an officer responded to Cumberland Farms on Rubber Avenue for a possible intoxicated driver. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Wolf was operating under the influence of alcohol. Wolf was given a court date of Nov. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ADAM STRONG, 34, of 30 Arthur St., New Britain, was charged Nov. 2 with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Nov. 2 at approximately 8:15 a.m. officers responded to an assault on High Street. Police reported Strong punched the victim and threatened to harm him further. Strong was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

ISREAL SANTIAGO, 30, of 3 Green Garden Court, East Haven, was charged Nov. 2 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 2 at approximately 11:08 p.m. Santiago was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Santiago was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

ROXANA QUINONES, 24, of 57 Lester Drive, Waterbury, was charged Nov. 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 3 at approximately 1:03 a.m. officers responded to Walmart for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Quinones hit the victim. Quinones was given a court date of Nov. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
