The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:
JOHN CHACHO, 22, of 182 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 3 with second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree reckless endangerment and sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported on Oct. 3 at approximately 10:05 p.m. Chacho was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Oct. 2, 2014 between boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Chacho has not allowed the victim to contact family members or her doctor concerning a medical condition. The victim also reported Chacho stole her cell phone, police reported. Chacho was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $50,000 surety bond.
ANTHONY RIGOLI, 57, of 152 Horton Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct 3 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on Oct. 3 at approximately 7:42 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Rigoli was operating under the influence of alcohol. Rigoli was given a court date of Oct. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
SHAWN LAROWE, 21, of 123 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 3 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Oct. 3 at 11:08 p.m. officers responded to High Street for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. When the officers made contact with Larowe he attempted to walk away, police reported. Larowe was given a court date of Oct. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
NICHOLAS PESILLO, 29, of 31 Hedgerow Drive, Watertown, was charged Oct. 4 with violation of probation.
Police reported on Oct. 4 Pesillo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Pesillo was given a court of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $75,000 surety bond.
PAULA SQUILLACOTE, 40, of 7 Lincoln St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 4 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Oct. 4 at approximately 12:23 p.m. officers responded to 7 Lincoln St. for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Squillocote grabbed at her son’s arms. Squillacote was given a court date of Oct. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
ALEC BERMUDEZ, 18, of 7 Lincoln St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 4 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Oct. 4 at approximately 12:23 p.m. officers responded to 7 Lincoln St. for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Bermudez arms pushed his mother. Bermudez was given a court date of Oct. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
MARITA WATTS, 39, of 68 Anderson St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 5 with third-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Oct. 5 at approximately 5:10 p.m. officers responded to 53 Spring St. 3N for a trespassing complaint. Watts, who was intoxicated, was found sleeping in the victim’s residence who was unknown to her, police reported. Due to Watts’ intoxicated state, she entered the victim’s home believing it was her friend’s home, police reported. There were no signs of forced entry. Watts was given a court date of Oct. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
