The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

ALEXIS LINTGERIS, 25, of 50 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged July 18 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on July 18 at approximately 7:51 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Lintgeris stole $77.02 worth of merchandise mostly consisting of clothes. Lintgeris was given a court date of July 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

DEAN BATTAGLINO, 21, of 4 Anson St., Derby, was charged July 19 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 19 at approximately 12:23 p.m. officers responded to 12 Aetna St. 2nd floor for a domestic dispute between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Battaglino pushed his girlfriend to the floor. Both parties threw items around the home. Battaglino was given a court date of July 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

LATASHA SMITH, 24, of 90 Kosco Lane, Naugatuck, was charged July 19 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 19 at approximately 12:23 p.m. officers responded to 12 Aetna St. 2nd floor for a domestic dispute between boyfriend and girlfriend. Both parties threw items around the home, police reported. They were given a court date of 7/21/14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. Smith was given a court date of July 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

JESSICA CHANDLER, 27, of 79 Pleasant Ave., Naugatuck, was charged July 19 with threatening, second-degree harassment and breach of peace.

Police reported on July 19 at approximately 3:21 p.m. the victim reported an intimidation complaint. Police reported Chandler posted a threat on Facebook stating she was going to harm the victim. Chandler was given a court date of July 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

ERICA SCHWARTZ, 34, of 35 May St., Naugatuck, was charged July 19 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Police reported on July 19 at approximately 3:59 p.m. an officer responded to 35 May St. for a domestic dispute between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Schwartz jumped on the victim’s back and bit his back. Schwartz was given a court date of July 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

TIFFANY MANCO, 25, of 238 Scott St., Naugatuck, was July 19 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 19 at approximately 10:55 p.m. an officer responded to 238 Scott St. for a domestic dispute between family members. During an argument, police reported, Manco grabbed the victim’s hair. Manco was given a court date of July 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

WAYNE ZABILSKI, 35, of 603 High St., Naugatuck, was charged July 20 with violation of protective order, breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, possession with intent to sell, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on July 20 at approximately 4:16 a.m. officers responded to 603 High St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Zabilski arrived at the victim’s residence which was a violation of a protective order. While in the home Zabilski smashed a glass fish tank and damaged the front door, police reported. Zabilski ran from the residence prior to the officers’ arrival. Police reported Zabilski was located in a wooded area behind the home. He was in possession of marijuana and cocaine, police reported. Zabilski was given a court date of July 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $50,000 surety bond.

IFEYINWA UWOSOMAH-BLACK, 45, of 70 Wildwood Circle, Naugatuck, was charged July 20 with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 20 at approximately 6:22 p.m. officers responded to 70 Wildwood Circle for a domestic dispute between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Uwosomah-Black threw a glass at the victim, causing a laceration to the back of his head. Uwosomah-Black was given a court date of July 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

JORDAN MATHESON, 26, of 357 Britteny Farms Road, New Britain, was charged July 20 with second-degree reckless endangerment.

Police reported on July 20 at approximately 9:55 p.m. officers responded to 620 North Church St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, while the victim was driving, Matheson grabbed the shifter and changed gears several times. The victim pulled into a parking lot on North Church Street, where officers responded. Matheson was given a court date of July 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
