The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

BRIAN JACKSON, 18, of 55 Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged July 14 with third-degree burglary, conspiracy at third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on July 14 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Jackson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny from a motor vehicle reported on May 22, 2014. Police reported Jackson, accompanied by a juvenile, entered a parked truck on Elm Street and stole money. Jackson was given a court date of July 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $50,000 court-set surety bond.

ASHLEY RODGERSON, 31, of 54 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged July 14 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on July 14 an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Rodgerson stole $53.26 worth of merchandise consisting of three DVDs and Mobile One oil. Rodgerson was given a court date of July 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

JOST SCHREIBER, 70, of 336 North Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged July 14 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 14 at approximately 4 p.m. Schreiber was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Schreiber was given a court date of July 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 court-set surety bond.

JOSHUA ADAMSON, 29, of 6614 Route 9, Hudson, N.Y., was charged July 17 with criminal violation of a restraining order and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on July 17 at approximately 7:29 a.m. Adamson turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a restraining order. Police reported Adamson called the victim three times, which was determined to be a violation of the order. Adamson was given a court date of July 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $15,000 surety bond.

TINA DOWSETT, 27, of 797 Woodtick Road, Wolcott, was charged July 17 with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny

Police reported on July 17 at approximately 11:46 p.m. Dowsett was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny from a motor vehicle reported on June 8, 2014. Police reported Dowsett stole the victim’s purse containing a diamond engagement ring and sunglasses. Dowsett was given a court date of July 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond

SCOTT CLARK, 28, of 38 Bee Mountain Road, Oxford, was charged July 17 with illegal sale of controlled substance.

Police reported on July 17 at approximately 1:34 p.m. Clark was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotic investigation during April 2014. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Clark sold Xanax pills. Clark was given a court date of July 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $15,000 non-surety.

BRUCE CLARK JR., 29, of 20 Diamond St., Naugatuck, was charged July 17 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 17 at approximately 1:34 p.m. Clark was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Clark was given a court date of July 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000.00 cash bond.

DAVID BROUILLARD JR., 32, of 28 Parkman Place, Naugatuck, was charged July 17 with sixth-degree larceny, operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended or revoked, failure to obey control signal, disobeying officer signal motor vehicle, reckless driving, interfering with an officer, first-degree reckless endangerment, six counts of second-degree failure to appear and first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 17 at approximately 7:32 p.m. Brouillard was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny of ladders. Police reported Brouillard stole ladders from various victim’s yards.

Police reported on July 17 at approximately 7:32 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. Brouillard attempted to drive away when the Officer was standing near the vehicle, police reported. Brouillard exited the vehicle and attempted to run from the officer, police reported. The accused was given a court date of 7/18/14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was held on a $1,000.00 surety bond.

Brouillard was given a court date of July 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a surety bond.
