The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

NATONYA ELLIS, 44, of 25 McPadden Drive, Stratford, was charged May 9 with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 9 at approximately 9 p.m. Ellis was arrested on two active arrest warrants. Police reported one warrant was related to Ellis renting furniture from Premier Rental and did not make the payments. Ellis was given a court date of May 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a total $30,000 bond.

VIVIAN ANDRADE, 30, of 60 Blackman Road, Waterbury, was charged May 10 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 10 at approximately 1:21 a.m. Andrade was arrested on two active arrest warrants. Andrade was given a court date of May 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a total court-set $2,000 surety bond.

DAWN LAGRAVE, 33, of 77 Pilgrim Ave., Waterbury, was charged May 10 with failure to respond to infraction and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 10 at approximately 2:09 a.m. Lagrave was arrested on two active arrest warrants out of Manchester. Lagrave was given a court date of May 21 to appear at Manchester Superior Court and released on a total court-set $3,120 bond.

SERGIO HAZ, 38, of 40 Saint Rock Ave., Greenwich, was charged May 10 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 10 at approximately 1:38 p.m. Haz turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Haz was given a court date of May 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $2,500 cash only bond.

CHRISTOPHER NORTON, 39, of 120 Warren Ave., Naugatuck, was charged May 10 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on May 10 at approximately 5 p.m. Norton was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Norton was given a court date of May 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $150 court-set cash bond.

EDWARD GOTLIBOWSKI, 47, of 46 Lines Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged May 11 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on May 11 at approximately 6:54 p.m. officers responded to 46 Lines Hill Road for a domestic disturbance between brothers. During an argument, police reported, Gotlibowski pushed the victim and grabbed him by the side of his neck. Gotlibowski was given a court date of May 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

IJEOMA UJU, 35, of 85 Schoolside Lane, Guilford, was charged May 12 with criminal impersonation and third degree identity theft.

Police reported on May 12 at approximately 11:03 a.m. an officer responded to Family Foot Care for an impersonation complaint. Police reported Uju used her sister’s identity to obtain medical services through her sister’s medical insurance. Uju was given a court date of May 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $15,000 surety bond.

KYLE BASTA, 27, of 1081 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged May 12 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 12 at approximately 1:16 p.m. Basta turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Basta was given a court date of May 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

TERREL NEALY, 34, of 349 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged May 13 with possession of controlled substance, criminal impersonation and first degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 13 at approximately 8:44 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Route 8 South. During the investigation, police reported, Nealy provided a false name to the officer. He was found to be in possession of cocaine, police reported. He was given a court date of May 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Police reported Nealy was also arrested on an active arrest warrant. Nealy was given a court date of May 28 to appear at Meriden Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
