The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:
MANTARIUS HALL, 25, of 241 Judith Lane, Waterbury, was charged April 21 with criminal violation of protective order.
Police reported on April 21 at approximately 6:43 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Elm Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hall violated a protective order by having the victim as a passenger in the vehicle. Hall was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
WENDY FRATANTONIO, 33, of 1081 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 26 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 26 at approximately 9:16 p.m. officers responded to 1081 New Haven Road 3G for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument Fratantonio pushed the boyfriend, who slapped her in the face. Fratantonio was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
SERGIO HAZ, 38, of 40 Saint Rock Ave., Greenwich, was charged April 26 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Police reported on April 26 at approximately 9:16 p.m. officers responded to 1081 New Haven Road 3G for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument the girlfriend pushed Haz, who slapped her in the face, police reported Haz was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety.
MARIA CAREY, 52, of 723 Field St., Naugatuck, was charged April 26 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Police reported on April 26 at approximately 11:53 p.m. officers responded to Field Street and Millville for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Carey punched her husband, who pushed her. Carey was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
RAYMOND J. CAREY, 57, of 723 Field St., Naugatuck, was charged April 26 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 26 at approximately 11:53 p.m. officers responded to Field Street and Millville for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, his wife punched Carey, who pushed her. Carey was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
SEAN LYONS, 25, of 31 Woodlawn Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 27 with driving under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast.
Police reported on April 27 at approximately 1:15 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Bradbury Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Lyons was operating under the influence of alcohol. Lyons was given a court date of May 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
ANTONIO SILVA, 56, of 66 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 27 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 27 the officers responded to 66 Goodyear Ave. for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, the son pushed Antonio, who punched his son. Silva was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
ADAM SILVA, 27, of 66 Goodyear Avenue Naugatuck Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 27 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 27 the officers responded to 66 Goodyear Ave. for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, Silva pushed his father, who punched him. Silva was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
RYAN A. FERRARI, 23, of 650 Whittemore Road, Middlebury, was charged April 27 with illegal possession of narcotic, failure to drive in proper lane, improper hand signaling and driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 27 at approximately 8:19 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ferrari was in possession of heroin. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ferrari was operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Ferrari was given court dates of May 7 and May 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a total $5,500 non-surety bond.
AMY CANCEL, 44, of 115 Celentano Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 27 with driving under the influence and traveling unreasonable speed.
Police reported on April 27 at approximately 11:47 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Cancel was operating under the influence of alcohol. Cancel was given a court date of May 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
MICHAEL WORDEN, 29, of 136 National Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 29 with driving under the influence, improper use of marker, operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended or revoked and insurance coverage fails minimum requirements.
Police reported on April 29 at approximately 4:45 p.m. officers responded to Dutchess parking lot for a report of someone sleeping inside a parked vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Worden was operating under the influence of alcohol. Worden was given a court date of May 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
RAYMOND COSTA, 59, of 375 Charles St., Torrington, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police reported on April 29 at approximately 11:41 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Costa and another suspect were in possession of three glass smoking pipes, lighter, metal wire with burnt residue on it and a piece of copper metal with burnt residue. Costa was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on $1,500 surety bonds.
GEORGE WILLIAMS, 46, of 46 Waterbury St., Waterbury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

JAMES NIENSTADT, 27, of 43 Highland Ave., Danbury, was charged April 30 with violation of probation.
Police reported on April 30 Nienstadt was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Nienstadt was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 court-set surety bond.
WILLIAM SANCHEZ, 28, of 33 Coe St., Waterbury, was charged April 30 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on April 30 at approximately 2:47 a.m. Sanchez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Sanchez was given a court date of May 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $150 cash bond.
