Police-badgeThe Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

DANIEL FRAZEE, 34, of 54 Workman Ave., Torrington, was charged Dec. 2 with larceny in the sixth degree.

Police reported on Dec. 2 at approximately 1:46 p.m. an officer responded to Rite Aid for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Frazee stole six bottles of Children’s Tylenol, two bottles of Infant’s Advil and one bottle of Twin Labs Creatine tablets worth $107.29. Frazee was given a court date of Dec. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

ROBERT ANDERSON, 46, of 127 Kingswood Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 2 with assault in the third degree, risk of injury to child, reckless endangerment in the second degree and cruelty to persons.

IRYNA ANDERSON, 30, of 127 Kingswood Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 2 with risk of injury to child.

RAHHEEM MCDONALD, 34, of 18 Friend St., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 3 with driving under the influence, operation of motor vehicle when registration or licenses is refused, suspended or revoked and stop sign violation.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 1:12 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Beacon Valley Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined McDonald was operating under the influence of alcohol. He was given a court date of 12/12/13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

FELICIA MESERVEY, 22, of 131 Scott St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 3 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 2:42 p.m. Meservey turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Meservey was given a court date of Dec. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $250 cash bond.

PAWEL LOJKO, 26, of 111 Mallane Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 3 with assault in the third degree, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 7:36 p.m. officers responded to 111 Malane Lane 7A for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Lojko threw items around the home and pushed a Christmas tree to the floor. Lojko hit the victim on the top of her head while there were children present, police reported. Lojko was given a court date of Dec. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

DANNY WARD, 27, of 1135 Hamilton Ave., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 4 with evading responsibility motor vehicle, operation of motor vehicle when registration or licenses is refused, suspended or revoked and failure to drive in proper lane.

Police reported on Dec. 4 at approximately 10:40 a.m. Ward was served with an active arrest warrant while he was at court. Ward was given a court date of Dec. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

FRANCIS SANTO JR., 20, of 20 Diamond St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 4 with illegal sale of controlled substance, distribution of controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school and misrepresentation of substance as controlled substance.

Police reported on Dec. 4 at approximately 5:32 p.m. Santo was arrested on two active arrest warrants. The warrant was for a narcotic investigation during the summer of 2013. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Santo sold marijuana. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Santo sold what he stated to be hallucinogenic mushrooms. The substance was tested and found not to contain an illegal hallucinogenic substance, police reported. The accused was given a court date of Dec. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a total $30,000 surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER NORTON, 38, of 120 Warren Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 5 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 5 at approximately 1:07 p.m. officer responded to 396 South Main St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Norton pushed the victim. Norton was given a court date of Dec. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

AUSTIN MATTHEWS, 18, of 39 Evening Star Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 5 with illegal sale of marijuana.

Police reported on Dec. 5 at approximately 10:13 p.m. Matthews was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotic investigation during the summer of 2013. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Matthews sold marijuana. Matthews was given a court date of Dec. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $50,000 surety bond.

MATTHEW HARRIS, 19, of 55 Morning Dove Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 5 with interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Dec. 5 at approximately 5:30 p.m. Harris was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a suspicious motor vehicle complaint on Oct. 8, 2013. When officers located the vehicle Harris, who was a passenger in the vehicle, ran from the officers, police reported. Harris was given a court date of Dec. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

TERESA KENNEDY, 47, of 96 Irving St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 5 with interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Dec. 5 at approximately 8:38 p.m. Kennedy was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a burglary complaint on Oct. 8, 2013. Police reported Kennedy entered the victim’s home without permission and took items. During the investigation, police reported, an officer made contact with Kennedy, who lied about her identity. Kennedy was given a court date of Dec. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

THOMAS MATTHEWS, 55, of 111 Wooster St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 5 with criminal mischief in the first degree.

Police reported on Dec. 5 Matthews was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a vandalism complaint made on Nov. 22, 2013. Police reported Matthews caused damage to the victim’s vehicle by scratching both sides and putting an “X” on the hood. Matthews was given a court date of Dec. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

TINA MOREY, 40, of 1249 Highland Ave., Torrington, was charged Dec. 6 with larceny in the fifth degree.

Police reported on Dec. 6 at approximately 3:11 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Morey stole apparel totaling $144.20 and various items totaling $200. Morey was given a court date of Dec. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.
