HARTFORD — Rep. Seth Bronko, R-Naugatuck, was sworn in Jan. 4 as the representative for the 70th District in the House of Representatives.

Bronko, who enters his first term in office, was joined by his family, including his wife, son and parents. He has been appointed to serve on the Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committee, as well as the Government Administration and Elections and Transportation committees.

“It was an honor to be sworn in today to represent the great people of Naugatuck as your representative for the 70th House District. I was proud to be joined by my wife, Caitlin, my son Jonathan, and parents, Mike and Eileen, for the occasion,” Rep. Bronko said. “Before I was elected, I signed the contract with Connecticut, my pledge to make our state more affordable, safer and to work toward creating a government that works for you. Today, is the first step to fulfilling that promise and I’m looking forward to getting to work.”
