NAUGATUCK — The Naugatuck Garden Club is holding a virtual meeting Feb. 18 at 7 p.m.
The program for the meeting will discuss how to incorporate bird feathers into the home for decorative and spiritual purposes. Kim Tallcouch, a certified Reiki master teacher, animal communicator, master wildlife conservationist and shamanic practitioner, is the guest speaker. She has a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology and psychology.
