The sessions are free and run from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Participants are asked to arrive at the library by 5:50 p.m. The doors will be locked at 6 p.m.
The next block of chair yoga sessions will be held Sept. 5, Sept. 19, Sept. 26, and Oct. 3.
