PROSPECT — The Prospect Lions Club’s 11th annual 5K and 2Mile Walk is set for Sept. 30.
This year the race is again run in memory of Kerri Rogoz, a 2012 Woodland Regional High School graduate who died in a motorcycle accident on May 3, 2015.
The race starts at St. Anthony Church, 4 Union City Road. The 2 mile walk starts at 9:10 a.m. followed by the 5K at 9:30 a.m. The registration fee is $25. All proceeds from the race will go to help area residents in need. For more information or to register online, visit prospectrun.com.
