Library features photography exhibit

BEACON FALLS — The Beacon Falls Library’s exhibit of Sophie Zyla’s work continues throughout April.

Zyla, a freelance photographer and Beacon Falls resident, is also a member of the Beacon Falls Conservation Commission. Her photographs capture the wildlife and majestic scenes around the Naugatuck Valley and the country.

Zyla has a master’s degree in environmental studies and conservation biology from Green Mountain College. She is also a member of the National and Connecticut Audubon societies.

The public is invited to view the exhibit during regular library hours. The library is located at 10 Maple Ave. For more information, call (203) 729-1441.
