To the editor,
One party rule (Democrat) and career politicians continue to keep deep blue Connecticut in absolute freefall in terms of national economic rankings. Career politicians continue to vote their own interests and lead us into the fiscal abyss.
One career politician is trying to revive her political ambitions with an encore. After 18 years of voting for nearly every big government scheme Vicki Nardello wants another term. It’s not enough that she co-chaired the dysfunctional CT Energy and Technology Committee and voted for many of the policies that led our state to the worst economic growth rate in the nation.
We need some balance in Hartford. Republican Lezlye Zupkis proved in her first term as state representative of the 89th District that she can provide common sense leadership and help turn our state around.
