To the editor,

I personally endorse both Rob Sampson and Lezlye Zupkus as Prospect’s representatives in the state legislature. Unlike their opponents, they both have proven records of voting to put Connecticut on the right fiscal track. In the past, they did not support the massive Gov. Dannell Malloy tax increases, the bus way, early release and other bills that have placed undue burden on taxpayers and businesses. Both Lezlye and Rob opposed Malloy’s cuts to education and town funding. Both have proven that they want to put Connecticut on the right track. They are willing to put common sense, the best interests of taxpayers, and the future of our children and grandchildren ahead of special interest groups.

Prospect does not need representatives who wish to continue Connecticut’s downfall, we need hard-working individuals willing to fight for Prospect and our small town values. We need to elect both Rob Sampson and Lezlye Zupkus as the town’s voice in Hartford.
