To the editor,
We’ve been told that our Congress sets our national budget and passes our national laws. We are also told that the President’s role is to implement and enforce those laws using the money allocated.
Will someone please tell me where Obama comes off by saying he will veto budget items he doesn’t like and will only enforce the laws he chooses.
