NAUGATUCK — State representatives Rosa Rebimbas (R-70) and David Labriola (R-131) will once again be raising money for the community this holiday season.

The lawmakers will be ringing bells and collecting donations in the recognizable red Salvation Army kettle outside of the Walmart in Naugatuck, 1100 New Haven Road, on Wednesday from 12 to 1 p.m.

During similar bell-ringing events in recent years, Rebimbas and Labriola collected nearly $1,000, which Walmart matched, leading to donations totaling nearly $2,000 to The Salvation Army, according to a press release.

Rebimbas and Labriola welcome everyone to stop by, say hello, and make a donation.
