Naugatuck police Off. Danielle Parady

NAUGATUCK — Local golfer Bob Clark will be hitting the links to help raise money for Naugatuck police Off. Danielle Parady.

On Oct. 17, Clark will be playing a golf marathon at Hop Brook Golf Course. He will start playing when the course opens and not stop until it gets dark. Clark is seeking pledges for every hole he plays and all of the money raised will help pay for Parady’s medical expenses.

Parady, who was named Naugatuck Police Officer of the Year this year, has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer.

Anyone interested in making a pledge, can send a pledge form to Clark’s home at 13-8 Ridge Road, Naugatuck. Any local business that would like to donate can either mail their donation to Clark’s home or visit Hop Brook on the 17th.

For more information, e-mail Clark at robertclarkjr@pga.com.
