On Dec. 9, the Naugatuck High School DECA chapter hosted its annual Crossing the Line assembly, an anti-bullying assembly presented to sophomores. The purpose of the annual assembly is to discuss bullying and how it can be prevented or stopped. Students shared their stories, performed, and watched public service announcements on bullying. Later that day, high school students welcomed first-graders from Maple Hill Elementary School. The first-graders participated in hands-on chemistry and physics activities led by high school students. –ELIO GUGLIOTTI
