The competition is sponsored by the Friends of the Beacon Falls Library. The contest is open to everyone, with one entry allowed per person. There is no fee to enter. Prizes will be awarded in two categories. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded in the 18 years old and older category, while one prize for highest score will be awarded in the under 18 category.
The contest will be held at St. Michael’s Lyceum, 25 Maple Ave., and judging will begin at 10 a.m. Registration can be done online at www.mybflib.org and on the Friends of Beacon Falls Library’s Facebook page. Participants can also register in person at the library, 10 Maple Ave., or by calling the library at (203) 729-1441.
