NAUGATUCK — The Naugatuck Parent School Council, in partnership with youth leaders from Naugatuck Youth Services, will host a candidate forum Wednesday.
The event will be an opportunity for Board of Education candidates and mayoral candidates to answer questions in front of a public audience. Some of the questions asked at the forum will come directly from the public.
There are 10 candidates seeking eight positions on the school board. The mayor in Naugatuck is also a voting member on the school board.
The event starts at 6:45 p.m. in the cafeteria at Naugatuck High School, 543 Rubber Ave., and is open to the public.
