FireDepartmentNAUGATUCK — Firefighters Saturday morning extinguished a fire at a two-floor bungalow-style house on Millville Avenue, fire officials said.

There were no injuries in the fire at 208 Millville Ave., Fire Capt. Greg Flaherty said. The call came in shortly after 10 a.m.

The residents of the home made it out safely, he said.

Firefighters knocked down the fire in about 10 to 15 minutes, Flaherty said. Firefighters from Beacon Falls also responded.

The fire started in the attic, but the cause remains under investigation, Flaherty said.
