Lisa Esteves and Mr. Carlos Oliveira were married November 2012 in St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Naugatuck, by Rev. Robert Landback. A reception followed at The Portuguese Sport Club in Waterbury.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Miguel Esteves of Naugatuck and the granddaughter of Americo Teixeira and the late Maria Helena Teixeira and of the late Goncalo Esteves and Maria Portugal.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joaquim DeOliveira of Naugatuck and the grandson of Benedita Oliveira and the late Joaquim DeOliveira and of the late Manuel Marques and Ermelinda DeOliveira.
The bride had Michelle Esteves as her maid of honor. Junior bridesmaids were Andrea Oliveira-Carneiro and Megan Grom. Bridesmaids were Candida DeOliveira, Tania Lopes, Cecelia Dias, Christina Dias, Fatima Barbosa and Stephanie Boggess.
The groom had Jack DeOliveira as his best man. Junior Groomsmen were Miguel Esteves Jr. and Anthony Oliveira. Groomsmen were Jack DeOliveira, David DeOliveira, Guilherme Pinho, Steven Oliveira, Augie Fonseca and Pedro Anastacio.
The flower girl was Brianna Rodrigues and the ring bearer was Aidan Oliveira.
Mrs. Oliveira graduated from Naugatuck High School and from Post University in Waterbury with a degree in accounting. She is employed by Nutmeg Financial, MHC.
Mr. Oliveira graduated from Naugatuck High School and is employed by the Naugatuck Board of Education.
