PLAINVILLE — Earl Cole of Prospect was recently promoted to vice president at Innovative Medical Products.
Cole will have overall responsibility for sales and marketing in addition to his continuing involvement in R&D and clinical evaluations in his new position. Cole has more than 30 years of experience in the field of medical devices, sports medicine and surgical supplies, including the last nine years with Innovative Medical Products where he played a key role in the growth of the company.
“Earl has not only been a tremendous sales professional during these past nine years but he has always gone above and beyond his duties, supporting the company in its drive to become a leader in research and development and new product solutions,” said Chairman Alan Wasley in a prepared statement. “We are excited that, with his new position, Earl will prove to be even more valuable for IMP and for our customer base.”
