NAUGATUCK — Alumni of the Naugatuck choral program are invited to participate in an Alumni Concert to benefit the Naugatuck High School Chamber Singers.

The concert will be held June 16 at 7 p.m. at Naugatuck High School. All of the proceeds will go to help pay for the chamber singers’ 2013 Italy tour.

The concert will be directed in tandem by Director of Vocal Music at Naugatuck High School Mahlon Peterson and his predecessor William Davis. The program itself will be a blend of songs chosen by the participating alumni and tunes selected by the directors.

All alumni of the high school’s choral program are invited to participate. A $10 registration fee is required to participate. Alumni are asked to preregister by submitting their name, vocal part, and top three selections before May 1. Rehearsals will be held in the high school’s choir room on June 2 and June 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Any alumni interested in participating, can contact Lisa McNeil D’Andrea at (203) 723-4823 or via e-mail Lmdandrea@comcast.net to register.
