WATERBURY — The Waterbury Regional Chamber’s Small Business Council will host its annual Chamber Business Expo on April 9.

The expo is the chamber’s largest annual networking event and will feature over 90 exhibitors, hors d’oeuvres, beverages, raffle prizes and a scavenger Hunt.

“This is our largest annual networking event and in 2013 we had over 500 attendees,” Waterbury Regional Chamber Special Events Director Courtney Ligi said in a press release. “Our expo attracts chamber members, prospective chamber members and the general public.”

For the first time this year, attendees will have the opportunity to have the hard drive to their computers shredded and laptop-sized electronics and smaller collected for recycling.

The expo will once again also offer a special drawing for a $100 gift certificate prize for non-chamber member attendees who enter the expo with their business cards.

The chamber represents over 1,100 businesses in the Greater Waterbury region including Beacon Falls, Naugatuck and Prospect.

The expo is open to the general public and will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Co-Co Key Water Resort Hotel & Convention Center, 3580 East Main St., Waterbury.

The cost for entry is $10 per person. For more information, www.waterburychamber.com.
