NAUGATUCK — Police charged a pair of Naugatuck boys with vandalizing the Union City Little League complex.

Shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Monday, police responded to the little league on Morris Street for a criminal mischief complaint, according to a police report. Police said a fence was damaged and baseball equipment was thrown around the field and parking lot.

Two Naugatuck youths, one 12 and the other 13, were charged with criminal mischief in connection to the incident.

Both boys, who were not identified due to their age, were given June 13 court dates to appear Waterbury Juvenile Court and released to the custody of their parents.
