NAUGATUCK — Police are investigating a series of car break-ins in the Moonlight Circle and Evening Star Drive neighborhoods during the morning hours on Monday.
Surveillance footage shows a man with a mask walking through a yard on Moonlight Circle at about 4:30 a.m. Police believe the man drove a pickup truck.
