NAUGATUCK — The borough hosted its 2nd Annual Naugatuck Business to Business Expo last Wednesday.

Among the visitors to the expo was State Rep. Rosa Rebimbas (R-70). The annual event aimed at showcasing the services and products of Naugatuck’s manufacturing companies to other local businesses. Thirty Naugatuck companies and over 75 people attended the expo, which was held at Pennsylvania Steel Company and hosted by the Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation, according to a release issued by Rebimbas’ office.

“Helping local businesses form closer ties is an important part of growing Naugatuck’s economy,” said Rebimbas in the release. “I am pleased that so many businesses participated in this worthwhile event, and that the connections they are establishing will lead to a more prosperous manufacturing sector in our community.”
