NaugatuckCtTownSealNAUGATUCK — The borough is holding its 14th annual Community Cleanup throughout April to celebrate Earth Day.

The cleanup is open to any Naugatuck groups or individuals interested in pitching in to help beatify the borough. Last year over 620 residents participated in the event and collected 170 bags of trash as well as miscellaneous large items such as tires and bicycles.

The borough will provide trash bags and gloves as well as trash collection. A list of sites that need cleaning is also available or groups can choose their own location to clean.
