NAUGATUCK — Joshua Ruccio, a Public Works employee who has been charged with larceny three times and burglary once since February, was fired from his borough job Friday, officials confirmed.

Ruccio will not get severance pay, Director of Human Resources Jeannettte J. Deschesnes said. He has worked for the borough since 2006 and made $21.76 an hour as a full-time driver, laborer and sanitation fill-in worker.
