NAUGATUCK — The Naugatuck Board of Education is seeking interested candidates to fill a vacant seat.
The board will be accepting letters of interest and resumes from interested candidates through March 27. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and a registered voter with a political party affiliation in Naugatuck.
The candidate selected will complete the term of former board member James Jordan, who died in February from a brain tumor. The term ends November 2015, and the candidate can seek re-election during the November 2015 municipal elections.
