BEACON FALLS — Beacon Hose Co. No. 1 will host its inaugural Beacon-Holio Cornhole Tournament on Nov. 7, at the firehouse on Main Street in Beacon Falls.
The entry fee for a team of two players is $100, which includes lunch. Registration and shootaround will begin at noon, and the round-robin portion of the tournament will begin at 1 p.m.
All teams will advance to the elimination portion of the tournament, where the top three teams will earn cash prizes. The other proceeds from the tournament will benefit the fire department.
