BEACON FALLS — The town’s annual Family Day is back with music, food, and fireworks.

Parks and Recreation Department Chair Joe Rodorigo said that the event will start at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Pent Road Recreation Complex. Buses will begin to run from the fire house and Woodland Regional High School, shuttling people into the park at that time.

Families who attend will find a moonbounce, food provided by local non-profit vendors such as the Lions Club and the Friends of the Library, and vendors. The Sugar Shak will also be open that day.

Rodorigo said there will also be music before and during the firework display. The fireworks will begin at dusk, which is approximately 9 p.m. It will last between 20 and 25 minutes.
