NAUGATUCK — Naugatuck Partnership for Children is hosting its first Art’s Festival in November and seeking contributions of artwork.
Individuals, groups, originations, businesses and schools are encouraged to contribute an artistic piece to the festival to be auctioned off.
The festival will include a charity auction and social event for adults on Nov. 17 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the former Naugatuck armory building, 607 Rubber Ave. There will be a family fun art event and crafts for children on Nov. 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the armory. Tickets are on sale for the events.
Anyone interested in submitting art donations can do so at Naugatuck Partnership for Children, 13 Scott St., Naugatuck. Art that is not auctioned off will be donated. For more information, contact Jill Mahoney at 203-729-1564 or jill.mahoney@naugatuck.k12.ct.us.
