BEACON FALLS — An organizational meeting of the committee planning the town’s 150th anniversary celebration is set for Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. at the Beacon Falls Senior Center, 57 North Main St.
Selectmen Peter Betkoski and Michael Krenesky are co-chairing the committee. Anyone interested in participating and joining the committee is welcome to attend the meeting.
The town’s 150th anniversary is June 30, 2021. The town is planning to hold events around the anniversary date to mark the occasion.
