Whittemore Library announces exhibit

NAUGATUCK — The Whittemore Library is featuring a photo exhibit, ornithological studies, by Bethlehem resident Al Erickson this month.

Erickson’s interest in birds grew out of a prescribed walking regimen following a heart attack, a news release stated. Over the years, his interest in birds and knowledge of photography grew. Erickson delights in showing and selling his photographs for the benefit of Connecticut-based nonprofit organizations, including the local Audubon chapter, the release stated.

The exhibit can be viewed at the library, 243 Church St., during normal business hours. For information, call 203-729-4591.
