PROSPECT — The town will begin street sweeping next week.
Starting on Monday, Mayor Robert Chatfield said there will be three crews sweeping streets throughout the town and, weather permitting, the work is expected to be done by next Friday.
Chatfield asked all residents to refrain from parking on the streets to ensure the street sweepers are able to clear gutters and the top of drainage basins. He said crews will not go back for any part of a road where a car was parked.
