BEACON FALLS — Beacon Hose Company No. 1 responded to 57 emergency medical service calls and 22 fire calls in August, the company reported.
The company also responded to 12 EMS mutual aid requests and two fire mutual aid calls in neighboring towns.
The company also conducted training exercises, including in brush and wildfire, extrication techniques, Stokes basket training, Stryker Stair Chair, and on the new auto-CPR machine.
