PROSPECT — The Planning and Zoning Commission last week approved a special permit for work at the plaza at 158 Waterbury Road and the eventual construction of a 2,450-square-foot storage garage behind the building.
The one-acre property in the town’s gateway overlay district is owned by Capozzi Properties, LLC, and mostly occupied by Capozzi Dental Group.
The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase includes building an elevator and stairway addition in the rear of the building, improvements to the parking lot, and adding parking spaces.
The second phase includes the construction of the storage garage, 12 more parking spaces and a storm water management system.
