PROSPECT — The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a hearing this month on an application to change the zone of a residential property on Clark Hill Road.
G&G Trust, which owns the property at 114 Clark Hill road, has applied to change the zone of the land from residential to business. The 0.64-acre property has a single-family home on it that is owned by Linda and Gregory Ploski, who are trustees in G&G Trust. Gregory Ploski is an alternate member on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The commission will hold a hearing on the application at its March 21 meeting.
