NAUGATUCK — State Rep. Rosa Rebimbas, R-70, will be volunteering as a bell ringer to raise money for the Salvation Army from 12 to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Walmart on New Haven Road in Naugatuck.
People can also donate by texting “CTREP” to 71777 to give directly to the House and Senate republicans’ Red Kettle. Funds donated will help the Salvation Army provide basic social services to those in need of food, shelter, clothing and financial assistance. Walmart will match donations raised statewide by House Republicans up to $25,000, a press release stated.
