To the editor,
I would like to ask all the protesters whom are so intently bent on removing, burning or destroying statues or other historical objects that depict our historical heritage, do they feel the same way about our currency that depicts the same history?
It’s quite fulfilling at these times to remember that one may not change history by burning all the books. Remember, the memories, and thankfully respect, will long remain after the smoke has cleared.
