NAUGATUCK — Lois (Townsend) Perock, 84, of Naugatuck, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 8, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Harry Perock for over 54 years.
She was born in Waterbury on March 2, 1933, daughter of the late Harold and Edna (France) Townsend. Prior to her retirement she worked for Risdon Manufacturing.
Besides her husband, Lois is survived by a son, Gary Perock of Naugatuck; a daughter, Donna Cormier and husband, Dan, of Prospect; three grandchildren, Crystal Burr and husband, William, of Wolcott, Sherri Crane and husband, Luke, of Carolina, R.I., and Kelly Giordano and husband, Joe, of Prospect, and seven great-grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Paul Townsend of Watertown, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, LeRoy and Leeland Townsend.
A graveside service will be held at Middlebury Cemetery at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect is assisting the family with arrangements.
