PROSPECT — The Prospect Library has a new resource to help patrons trace their family trees.

Ancestry Library Edition, an internet-based reference tool distributed by ProQuest, is now available at the library.

“More and more of our patrons want to explore their past and these resources make it easy and convenient,” said Library Director John Wiehn in a press release. “We expect this to be one of our most popular services.”

Ancestry Library Edition is available on the library’s internet stations located in the computer room as well as through the library’s wireless connection.

Wiehn suggested people interested in using the service come prepared with a list of ancestors to research.
