PROSPECT — The Prospect Library will feature the artwork of Matt Buonaiuto in March.
Buonaiuto, a Prospect resident, is a self-taught oil painter. His paintings are primarily landscapes in oil, but he also enjoys photography and pyrography, which entails burning images onto wood, a press release states. He draws inspiration for his oil paintings from his love of nature, the release states.
The exhibit will be displayed during normal business hours at the library, 17 Center St. An artist reception will be held on March 4 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the library. For more information, call 203-758-3001.
