Born in Dunmore Jan. 10, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Biagio and Elizabeth Morlino DiVizio, she was a 1935 graduate of Dunmore High School, which was located on Apple Street at that time. She was a lifetime member and founder of the Polish Club Naugatuck/Union City Connecticut and until recently would still visit the club for various functions in the summer and winter.

Helen was a great cook and baker and enjoyed knitting and crocheting in her spare time. She was kind, good natured woman, willing to help anybody at any time, and a terrific aunt who will be missed dearly.

A special thanks to her nieces Henia Przybylka Albeck and Elaine Przybylka Lieberman, who called their aunt weekly and visited often and there was no restriction at any time. Helen was a second mother to them after their mother passed away at a young age. Helen moved back to Dunmore eight and a half years ago and had a great time living with her loving nephew and caregiver Robert Shutta. She was a long time member of St. Ann’s Novena starting in 1925 and made the Novena every year. Helen lived a full and active life.
