BEACON FALLS — American Legion Post 25 is collecting items for veterans at the Veterans’ Home for the holidays.
The post is seeking donations of new clothing, coats and shoes. Hygiene items, including shampoo, deodorant, and lotions, as well as miscellaneous items, such as rechargeable razors, iTunes gift cards, postage stamps and iPods are also being accepted.
Donations can be dropped off at Gabe’s Service Station, 100 North Main St. For more information, email Rich Minnick at rjminnick@snet.net.
