Registrars holding special registration session

NAUGATUCK — The Registrar of Voters office will conduct a special voter registration session from 5 to 7 p.m. Sept. 1.

The session will be held in the registrar’s office on the second floor of Town Hall, 229 Church St. The session is being planned to register people for the Republican primary for mayor, which will be held Sept. 16.

Seth Bronko, who has been endorsed by the Republican Town Committee to run for mayor, is being challenged in a primary by Deputy Mayor Tamath Rossi and Burgess Alexander Olbrys.

In addition to the enrollment session, the office is open Monday through Friday, from noon to 4 p.m.

Eligible residents can also register to vote online anytime at voterregistration.ct.gov.
